Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

London AI Ventures Ltd (trading as Sabivu™) · Company No. 16530413

Policy Version: 1.0 · Effective: May 2026 · Review: May 2027

Sabivu™ has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, bonded labour, and child labour.

We are committed to operating ethically, responsibly, and transparently in all areas of our business — and we expect the same standards from every supplier, manufacturing partner, contractor, and individual acting on our behalf.

Purpose

This statement has been published in support of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and reflects our commitment to good business practice. It sets out:

  • Our commitment to preventing modern slavery and unethical labour practices;
  • The standards we expect from suppliers and business partners;
  • The due diligence steps we take when selecting and reviewing suppliers;
  • How concerns can be raised and how they will be addressed.

Scope

This policy applies to all directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agency workers, suppliers, manufacturers, service providers, and any individual or organisation acting on behalf of London AI Ventures Ltd.

All parties working with or for the company are expected to act in ways that support this statement.

Our Business & Supply Chain

London AI Ventures Ltd operates as an e-commerce business trading under the name Sabivu™. Our products are manufactured overseas, including in China. Our current key manufacturing partners are:

Anhui Huakai Light Industry S&T Co., Ltd

Bengbu, Anhui, China

Potassium Alum crystal deodorant manufacturer · GMP ISO 22716:2007 certified

Fujian Yuanfeng

Fujian, China

FSC-certified bamboo packaging supplier · FSC certificate ESTS-COC-230396

We recognise that overseas manufacturing can present increased risks relating to labour standards, transparency, and ethical oversight. For this reason, we take reasonable and proportionate steps to assess and manage these risks as part of our supplier approval and monitoring processes.

Our Commitments

  • We will not knowingly work with any organisation involved in forced labour, bonded labour, trafficked labour, exploitative labour practices, or child labour.
  • We expect suppliers to comply with applicable labour laws and employment regulations in the countries where they operate.
  • We expect suppliers to provide safe working conditions, fair treatment of workers, lawful wages, and reasonable working hours.
  • We expect suppliers to comply with minimum legal age requirements for workers.
  • We expect suppliers to operate without discrimination, harassment, abuse, intimidation, or exploitation.
  • We will take concerns relating to modern slavery or unethical labour practices seriously and investigate them appropriately.
  • We reserve the right to end business relationships with suppliers where serious ethical concerns are identified and are not adequately addressed.

Supplier Due Diligence

As part of our supplier onboarding and review process, we carry out reasonable and proportionate due diligence measures, including where appropriate:

  • Requesting written confirmation that suppliers comply with local labour laws and do not use forced or child labour;
  • Reviewing available certifications, standards, or audit information provided by suppliers;
  • Reviewing supplier websites, business information, and available public records;
  • Maintaining direct communication with suppliers regarding ethical standards and expectations;
  • Requesting updated declarations or confirmations periodically;
  • Assessing any concerns, complaints, or warning signs relating to supplier conduct.

As a small business, we recognise that our resources are limited compared with larger corporations. However, we remain committed to taking practical and responsible steps to support ethical sourcing and responsible business conduct.

Reporting Concerns

Any director, employee, contractor, supplier, or other party who becomes aware of concerns relating to modern slavery, forced labour, child labour, or unethical working practices connected to our business or supply chain should report the matter as soon as possible.

Concerns should be raised directly with a Director of London AI Ventures Ltd at hello@sabivu.com.

Reports will be treated seriously and reviewed appropriately. Where possible, concerns will be handled confidentially. No person raising a genuine concern in good faith will suffer retaliation or unfair treatment for doing so.

  • Our business activities;
